Ultimately Fear is what holds you back as you may have a strong belief of not being enough or feeling you won’t be loved.   Whether it be fear of rejection, fear of failure, fear of success, fear of losing love, fear of being alone, fear of the unknown.  Fear is a natural emotion, however, this may be an emotion significantly  programmed within you which allows you to live from fight or flight the majority of the time.  -How nice would it be to live from a place of feeling confident and comfortable within yourself to then be able to deal with fear instead of letting fear control you ?
