Many of our habits come from the negative beliefs and emotions held in the subconscious mind. These negative subconscious emotions and beliefs trigger our negative habitual behaviors. Through a hypnotic programming session, the subconscious mind can be reprogrammed into a healthy way of being with positive beliefs and emotions by visualizing yourself without the bad habit. The causes of many “bad habits” are rooted in memories or perceptions and then retained in the subconscious. Your reactions to people and situations are based on experiences in your subconscious mind, which feels your bad habit as good because it has stored a feeling of satisfaction associated with the habit.

Your subconscious is only able to refer to emotions you have already experienced, and it will automatically trigger you to feel these emotions when you see or think of a particular behavior or situation. Your bad habit has given you some feeling of pleasure or you would not have been doing it. This is your secondary gain. Through hypnosis we are able to communicate directly with the subconscious and make it become aware of all the negative qualities of the bad habit, and the positive benefits of stopping the habit, so that transformation then occurs.

  • Negative compulsive behaviors
