TIME TO DE-CLUTTER

The more stuff you have, the higher your stress level.  Your clutter blocks you from moving on.   If you don’t love it and don’t use it, then it is clutter.  This is also your emotional clutter.  As you embark on the clutter clearing, with every object that you remove, your life force energy increases.   Clutter can be a trigger with a negative association in the sub conscious mind.  You may not consciously be aware of this yet it is affecting your energy.  Your energy drops.
Research shows that the more stuff a person has, the higher their stress level.  As you clutter clear, make it fun.  It’s amazing how lighter my clients feel when they clear out their clutter, room by room, drawer by drawer.  As you clear away clutter with clarity and removing  objects out of your life, you find old blockages disappear.

This is known in my world as the secondary gain or negative payoff in having their problem.  For many it…

What is Self-Esteem ?

Let me start off 2019 by looking back over thousands of client sessions which I have facilitated and look at what they all have in common - LOW SELF ESTEEM.  In fact, let us look at what Self Esteem really is. A definition may be "It refers to an individual's sense of his or her value or worth, or the extent to which a person values, approves of, appreciates, prizes, or likes him or herself (Blascovich & Tomaka, 1991)."  This may well be a good definition but how this…
