Letting the Hurt and Pain Go

We as humans all make mistakes.  Letting our  pain/hurt go begins when we accept the  responsibility that our mistakes have hurt others in the past and that we did not know any better.  We did what we did and knew no other way.  Now we understand, and forgive ourselves for hurting.  Time to stop being the victim and accept our side of the play.  With understanding, we release all resentment and become free.

Moving on with the understanding that when we hurt others, we are hurting ourselves.  When we hurt ourselves, we are hurting others.
