To experience this 4 Session programme, I had my own session last Friday. On Saturday morning, I had a cracker for breakfast and felt so full afterwards. For lunch I felt my stomach hungry and had a protein bar which filled me up and then at 6pm I felt my stomach rumble and I had part of a sub sandwich yet fell too full to eat anymore – this has continued and I actually feel so much fuller for eating smaller amounts! This has not stopped me from enjoying my food as yesterday was my daughter’s baby shower and I enjoyed a small portion of ribs for lunch and a cup cake for dinner yet I could not eat anymore – I felt so full all the way up to my throat …. I am however very thirsty and drinking 4 bottles of water a day. Amazing !!!
