LOW-BACK-PAIN1In my experience, much of our physical pain manifests from  underlying emotional issues.
Unfortunately doctors do not have the time to sit and listen to find the psychological source in the 10 minutes or so they have scheduled you in for, so their next best option is to try and medicate the pain away which often just masks the real issue.

Quite often anxiety can turn into physical pain (such as ones chronic muscle tension from anxious feelings, even sometimes causing further damage to the surrounding bones, ligaments and other structures) or the anxiety can distract you from taking care of yourself and may in fact cause accidental injury in some way.
As children, many of us form the belief that suppressing our emotions will protect us. We put up barriers and blocks around our feelings and, over time, these suppressed emotions get buried in our bodies.

Using hypnotherapy, I have many tools to help bring about change and positive development for my clients. Just listening is healing. Helping to connect my client to their emotions is healing. Taking you back to the cause of the negative feelings and emotions is healing.
